Return Policy

1. Return Period

You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods.

2. Return Conditions

The goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

All labels and protective packaging should be intact.

For special health and hygiene reasons, opened lingerie cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and request a refund, then place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods
